Hotel Introduction

  • Check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you wish to extend your stay or check out after the stated time, please make your request to the hotel reception before 11:00 AM so that they can coordinate and make the necessary arrangements with you. If you check out after 12:00 PM, a half-charge fee will be charged to your account. The check-out process takes approximately 30 minutes from the time you check in to the time you pay.

  • The items in the room, including: Quran and existing books, prayer rug, pillow, quilt, sheet, towel, folders, TV related items, flash, hair dryer, slippers, etc. are part of the hotel's property and are provided for your comfort during your stay. Please refrain from removing them from the room. If you remove them, a fee will be charged.

  • If you do not want the housekeeper to clean and tidy your room, be sure to hang a red "Please Do Not Disturb" card on the back of the room door.
  • A safety deposit box is located in the room's closet and instructions on how to use it are provided. Please place all your valuables in it and leave the door open after you leave the room.
  • Strictly avoid placing aluminum and metal containers in the microwave. In case of any damage, the corresponding compensation will be charged.
  • Large mineral water in the room is free and other items in the refrigerator will be charged according to the list. If mineral water is ordered separately, its cost will be included.
